Shipping policy
At Zestlane, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $49 CAD. Orders below this threshold are subject to standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping — Canada We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times vary by province but typically range from 2–7 business days after fulfillment.
United States Shipping We ship to all U.S. states. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Please note that any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping We ship to select international countries. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after fulfillment. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at office@zestlane.ca and we will assist you promptly.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at office@zestlane.ca within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
